  • How do I set up my training account?

    Once your order has been processed on the KingswaySoft website, our team will register you for a training account. Please be on the lookout for your Site Welcome email which will provide you with a link to set your password. Other login details will also be provided in this Site Welcome email.

  • How do I enroll in the course?

    Our team will enroll you in the course. We generally complete this process in addition to registering your training account. Please be on the lookout for our Course Enrollment email to confirm your enrollment.

  • How long will the course take?

    This course is estimated to take 4 hours to complete. We welcome you to enjoy some breaks as you need along the way, you can always pick up where you left off upon your return.

  • How long will I have access to the course and its materials?

    Generally your course enrollment is available for 45 days, which starts once our team registers you for enrollment.

  • I'm having trouble accessing my courses, what can I do?

  • Is there an Exercise Manual?

    Yes, an exercise manual will be provided towards the end of the course. It will include step-by-step illustrations to common data flow tasks which you can use to design your own integration package. There are other supplementary materials available in this section for you as well.

  • Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?

    Yes, we are happy to present a Certificate upon your completion of the course. You will also receive the Certificate through email, as well as when you log in to your training account (under your Profile).

  • Is there a Q&A session?

    Yes, there are monthly Q&A sessions conducted through an online webinar. Our team schedules these monthly webinars typically within our business hours (M-F 9AM - 5:30PM Eastern Time) and will reach out to you with more details to join. Please stay tuned!
